Description
The skull forged in one piece with a roped comb. Occasional restorations on both sides of the comb. Cheek pieces engraved with decorative rosettes and attached to the skull by means of hinges on the side, each piece with an engraved cartouche featuring an antique warrior in front of a city wall. The peak and neck guard made in one piece, tapering to a point, with a turned and roped edge. Leather chinstrap with iron buckle. An old collection number attached.
