Cal. .308Win, SN. 3582g, number of the bolt not matching, with a reproduction safety lever for rifles with scope. Acceptance mark eagle/"77". Accessories unnumbered. Barrel length 59 cm, bright bore. German proof marks 1982. The chamber area marked "byf/44" (Mauser Oberndorf, 1944). The action with several acceptance marks eagle/"135". The breech end of the barrel marked "2", a designation for very accurate rifles, which indicates that this rifle was selected for sniper use. The finish on action and barrel with signs of wear. Walnut stock with large butt cap and nicely preserved markings, the number on the hand guard not matching. Cleaning rod and front sight guard. On a reproduction mount an SS scope, made by "HAWEKA/4x81". Good optics, proper reticle. Smooth adjustments, but with a slight wiggle. The finish with signs of wear and cleaning. Leather lens caps. A good looking set with a correct appearance.
