Cal. .45Auto, SN. 1582323, bright barrel, length 5". British proof marks on barrel and slide, not on the receiver. Seven shots. Two-line standard markings on the slide. The proper RR receiver with "FJA" (Frank J. Atwood) inspector's mark, on the right side hardly visible crossed canons mark of the Ordnance Department, "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" above S/N, the front marked "M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY". On the left side of the trigger guard "FFW" importer's mark. The entire gun refurbished in the Augusta Arsenal ("AA" marking above "FFW" mark), the parkerized finish with minor signs of wear. Proper High-Standard barrel, marked "HS" and "P", matching plastic grips made by Keyes, marked "17" and "K" inside star. Lanyard loop. Proper "R" marked magazine by Risdon. Very good condition.
