Cal. .45Colt, SN. 46835, non matching numbers (cylinder marked "884"). Barrel length 6", bright bore with a few dirty spots. Six shots. SA/DA. Ejector rod. Bird's head grip. Oversized trigger guard (the stronger mainspring required a longer trigger). On barrel top Hartford company markings, on the left side "45 Colt". The frame with inspector's marks "R.A.C." on the trigger guard and the rear of the frame, on the opposite side "JTT". The right side of the frame marked "1902" and "U.S.". Rampant Colt in circle on the left hand side. Original finish, some thinning in places, signs of wear and a few spots of corrosion. Black rubber grips with fine checkering and rampant Colt in an oval. Lanyard loop.
