Description
Silver-plated Olympic decoration in the form of the Olympic rings, flanked by laurel leaves, on a suspension chain. The reverse bears the number "14" several times and the maker's mark "G.D.E. BERTONI MILANO". The original blue presentation case, also marked with the BERTONI maker's mark, is included. Dimensions: 39 x 29.5 x 3.5 cm. An extremely rare set! The Olympic Order was introduced in 1975 and is an award of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Olympic Games. According to our consignor, the award was presented to the Austrian Kurt Kucera in 2002. He is listed in the recipients' register.Condition: I - II Questions about the lot?
