Description
Large-format decorative certificate (double page) with a gold-embossed eagle commemorating his appointment as Finanzpräsident Danzig-Westpreußen, dated 14 August 1944 with blind embossed seal and the replica signatures in ink of Hitler and Graf Schwerin von Krosigk. A small hole in the eagle (thumbtack?). In a protective folder, including the accompanying letter with the original signature of von Krosigk. Two appointments to Regierungsdirektor (21 June 1940) and Oberregierungsrat (18 October 1938) and his discharge from employment (31 March 1939), all with the original signature of von Krosigk, and his appointment to Regierungsrat (19 May 1923) with Ebert's original signature. Moreover, the award documents for the Cross of Honour for Front Fighters, War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords and Faithful Service Decoration for 25 years. Certificate of the Free City of Danzig for transfer to the Danzig civil service, issued in Danzig on 17 April 1939, with the original signature of Senatspräsident Arthur Greiser, and other documents.Condition: II + Questions about the lot?
