Description

Cap body in field-grey wool, grey cap band, dark green piping, silver-aluminum chin cords attached by two silver finished pebbled buttons. Silver-aluminum metal eagle, embroidered wreath, metal cockade with red cloth center. Black lacquered visor with brown, checkered finish underside. Peach color imitation silk lining, moisture shield intact with black ink stamped paper size tag inserted underneath "56 1/2", manufacturer-marked “Karl Lutz Fellbach-Stuttgart”. Brown leather sweatband exhibits moderate age. Minor moth nips.
