Runde Bronzemedaille mit vs. Heeresadler in Umschrift "Der Reichskriegsminister - dem Zweiten" und rs. "Wehrmacht-Skimeisterschaftten in Neustadt i. Schwarzwald 5.-13.2.1938 - 18 km Langlauf". Durchmesser ca. 100 mm. Dazu ein Mutterkreuz in Gold im Etui.
