Batl. 12, wenige Eintragungen auf 32 Seiten, zuletzt beim SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt. 37, als Anhang eingeklebte Bescheinigung über den bestandenen Scharfschützenlehrgang vom 16.03.45. Das Passfoto unkenntlich gemacht. Aus dem gleichen Nachlass wie die Suchkartei.
