Description

Half-litre cream/off-white pottery stein with the depiction of an edelweiss flower. Pewter lid with relief Bergmütze surrounded by an oak leaf wreath. Unit was deployed in Norway and Finland from 1940 onwards. Impressed “6” or “9” on bottom of stein. Scarce stein with rare lid.
