The stiff body covered in possum fur. The kolpak in ponceau red cloth. Raised Vaterland banner in gilt non-ferrous metal. Two silver loops for the toggles of the lanyard. Convex chinscales in brass (remnants of gilding) with leather underlay on rosettes, a Reich cockade in lacquered sheet iron on the right. A field insignia in silver-plated metal and black velvet inserted at the top. Lined in dark yellow silk, ochre-coloured brown leather sweatband (horizontal crack) with appliquéd letters „JH".
