Schwarzes Lackleder (krakeliert). Aufgesplinteter silberner Gardestern (gedunkelt) mit emailliertem Medaillon und emailliertem schwarzen Adler. Drei geschwärzte eiserne Dornschließen und schwarzbraune Beriemung (Schließriemen eingerissen). Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Maße 12 x 7,5 x 4 cm. Seltener, hochrangiger Kartuschkasten.
