The third page dated „Berlin, den 1ten August 1743", with Frederick the Great's original signature in ink and wafer seal over the thread of the stitching. The good qualities and war experience of Premierleutnant von Arensdorff, which had been reported to the King, prompted the monarch to promote him to Capitain and entrust him with a Grenadier Company in the „Dosov Foot Regiment". Somewhat darkened, folding creases, occasional minor defects and tears, slightly spotted with mould, signs of age and handling. Dimensions approx. 32 x 20.5 cm. Rare patent with impressive original signature of Frederick the Great. In beautiful condition, consistent with its age.
