Description

Beige Leinenunterlage mit Resten von beigem Seidenrips belegt, darauf, in aufwendiger silbervergoldeter Stickerei, das Sonnensymbol der Nationalflagge Argentiniens oder Uruguays. Teils Fehlstellen, Risse, Metall gedunkelt, Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Durchmesser 35 cm. Die goldene „Sol de Mayo" wird in Argentiniens Flagge seit 1816 verwendet und bei der Nationalflagge Uruguays seit 1830.
