Kreuz Silber, rückseitig mit Punzen: „FOEHR / 800 / Halbmond / Krone", an langem Halstrageband aus Samt, im schwarzen Verleihungsetui, im Innendeckel mit Bezeichnung: „EDUARD FOEHR / KÖNIGL. HOFLIEFERANT / STUTTGART", der Etuideckel teilweise lose, dazu großformatiges Trägerinnenfoto (16,5 cm x 10,8 cm) von einem Fotografen aus Sulz am Neckar.
