Goldenes, beidseitig weiß emailliertes Ordenskreuz, im Zentrum das mehrteilig gefertigte, beidseitig emaillierte Medaillon (minimale Chips). An kurzem Halsband. Im ergänzten weißen Etui ein ca. 20 cm langer Bandabschnitt (ein Ende abgetrennt, fehlt). Trage- und Altersspuren. Breite 50 mm, Gewicht 18 g.
