Description

Wooden board with two frontal sponki. Oil-on-wood. Full-body representation of the Prophet Saint, holding an open scroll in his right hand, his gaze turned towards god-father, appearing at the left top edge. Minor restoration. The chased silver oklad and nimbus with city mark, hallmarks "84" and "FP 1857" (Feodor Popow) and master's sign "G.Shang" resp. "G.Sh" (in cyrilic). The nimbus of Christ missing. Dimensions 31 x 26 cm.
