Description

The blade of flattened diamond section, wide at the root and tapering to a point. A smith's mark struck on both sides of the upper third (kidney dagger). The flattened ends of the straight quillons widening outwards. The grip with preserved, fine leather lacing, the leather cover has been lost. The smooth disc pommel with bevelled edges, pyramid-shaped riveted button. Length 84 cm.
