Runde, vollständig migrierte Feinzinkplatte mit Hoheitsadler und SA-Rune vor Bergkulisse. Rs. Gravur "Dem Sieger im 400 m Lauf Kl B" sowie Herstellerpunze von Poellath. Im Verleihungsetui. Dazu eine kleinere Plakette für den 2. Sieger der Wehrwettkämpfe 1939. Durchmesser ca. 71 und 40 mm.
