Jeweils Feld und Schieber aus weißem Tuch (gedunkelt), schwarz durchzogene Silbertresse, vergoldete Buntmetallauflage in Form der bekrönten Chiffre "L", zwei Rangsterne und gepolstertes karmesinrotes Tuchfutter (etwas fleckig, ein 2mm Loch am Rand). Trage- und Altersspuren. Selten und hochrangig.
