Description
Private production of a beret with cap band "S.M.Y.Hohenzollern", yellow lining (worn), brown leather sweatband (flaw). Remnants of yellow cloth from the imperial standard in a yellow bag. Diary on board dated 14 May 1910 to 30 September 1913 (participation in four cruises of the Emperor through Scandinavia and further journeys). 35 larger photographs (dimensions mostly approx. 12 x 17 cm, partly re-captioned), glued into an album, including original signature of Viktoria Luise. 17 captioned large-scale photographs (dimensions approx. 21 x 28 cm), two evening program cards of SMY Hohenzollern, glued into an album. Approx. 40 captioned loose photographs in various formats. A colourised photograph in a mount (dimensions 20 x 24 cm) depicting SMY Hohenzollern. Approx. 80 picture postcards, glued into an album. Approx. 200 private photographs from the 1920s/30s, inserted into an album. Albums partly incomplete. Slightly damaged in places, traces of use and age.
