Für Zivilverdienst verliehen. Jeweils Silber, teilweise vergoldet und emailliert. Halsdekoration mehrteilig gefertigt, am reliefierten Bandring mit Halsband, Breite 53 mm, Gewicht ca. 40 g. Der Bruststern brillantiert, hoch aufgewölbt, mehrteilige Auflage, rs. Vertikalnadel, Breite 78 mm, Gewicht ca. 68 g. In rotem Verleihungsetui mit goldener Deckelprägung in Form der Stephanskrone. Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren.
