Description

Cap body in grey wool, dark-brown cap band, dark-brown piping, black leather chinstrap with metal buckles attached by two black smooth finish buttons. Machine-woven silver-aluminum NSKK eagle, silver finish metal Luftwaffe-style wreath and cockade. Black lacquered visor with grey, checkered finish underside. Gray cloth lining, no moisture shield, manufacturer stamp “R. Mutzke Danzig” with size “58” and “NSKK-Abt. Gross-Paris”. Grey leather perforated sweatband. Very minor moth nips. Exhibits age.
