Cap body in dark blue wool, black cap band, black piping, black leather chinstrap with metal buckles, attached by two smooth finish black buttons. Silver-aluminum embroidered wreath with silver-finish metal political-style eagle superimposed. Black lacquered visor with brown, checkered underside. Yellow-orange cloth lining, moisture shield missing, manufacturer mark “Adlerhorst” and date stamp “1939”, light brown ersatz leather sweatband. Size ca. 54.
