Cap body in black wool, black cap band, red piping, silver finish two-piece metal eagle, metal cockade with red cloth insert. Black laquered visor with brown, checkered finish underside, stamped “53”. Black cloth lining with remains of manufacturer stamp. Damaged brown, ersatz leather sweatband.
