Cap body in dark blue wool, black velvet cap band, gilt piping, gilt chin cords attached by two gilt finish pebbled buttons. Gilt finish metal eagle and winged wreath, cockade with red cloth insert. Black lacquered visor with brown, checkered underside. Orange-brown oilcloth lining, moisture shield intact with manufacturer mark âClemens Wagnerâ, size stamp â57â underneath, brown leather sweatband. Minor moth nips. Some gilt finish worn from insignia, but overall excellent condition.Condition: I - Questions about the lot?
