Oben am Lauf zweizeilige S&W-Standardmarkierung mit Patenten 1906, 1909 und 1914, links "Smith & Wesson", rechts Kal. " +38 S.&W. Ctg+", davor "38/380". Vollständige originale Hochglanzbrünierung mit geringen Gebrauchsspuren, die Seitenplatte rechts mit leichter Närbchenbildung, ebenso am Knauf vor dem Fangring. Abzug und Hahn buntgehärtet. Nußholzgriffschalen mit Fischhaut und S&W Medaillon.
