Standard company markings on the right-hand side of the slide, the top of which is marked "C0970", as is the magazine. British proof marks Crown/"GP" on the right-hand side of receiver and slide. Original finish, with some signs of wear. Dark walnut grips. Magazine. Lanyard loop.Attention:in the printed catalog this pistol is erroneously marked as being from the "British Contract". Given the high serial number and the lack of the "Bxxxx" marking on the right-hand side it rather is a post-war model.
