Oil paint on metal plaques, silver. Representation of Christ Pantokrator with St. George and St. Nicholas on the side panels. They are both surrounded by gaily coloured enamel flowers on a turquoise background. The back of the side panels also embellished with delicate enamel blossoms on a stippled background. The rear and side panels all stamped on the back with the district assayer's mark, fineness "84" and Cyrillic master's mark "MS". The paint damaged in places. The enamel on the top left corner of the left side panel is missing. The enamel insert of one side panel somewhat loose. Dimensions 9.3 x 13.2 cm (open) and 9.3 x 6.6 cm (closed), total weight 289.1 g.Provenance: From a private German collection.
