Description

Offizielles Portraitfoto auf weißem Grund, darunter das persönliche päpstliche Wappen Pius' XII. und seine handschriftliche Tintenunterschrift "Pius pp XII", rs. handschriftlich "9922". Unter Glas in glattem Silberrahmen mit dem aufgelegten persönlichen päpstlichen Wappen (verbogen) unter der Tiara. Die Rückseite und die Aufstellstütze mit rötlich-braunem Samtbezug. Maße ca. 38 x 28 cm. Pius XII. (bürgerlicher Name Eugenio Maria Pacelli) war 1917 Apostolischer Nuntius in München, ab 1920 für die Weimarer Republik, ab 1930 Kardinalstaatssekretär in Rom und von 1939 bis 1958 Bischof von Rom.
