A pennant for a Gauleiter

Description

Made of red and white fabric, with party eagle and letters "GL" for Gauleiter, the centre hand-embroidered on both sides with silver bullion thread, (interior) metal frame, two metal eyelets on the side for the attachment of the mount, dimensions 28.5 x 28.5 cm. Signs of age and wear. This design was used until 1938.
