Description

Originalakte aus den Jahren 1941 und 1942 der Gestapo Chemnitz bzgl. einer sog. "Gnadensache". Die Korrespondenz verläuft zwischen der Gestapo-Stelle Chemnitz, dem Volksgerichtshof Berlin, dem Reichssicherheitshauptamt Berlin und der NSDAP-Kreisleitung Zwickau. Paul Engelmann wurde am 10.12.1925 wegen eines Sprengstoffverbrechens in Tateinheit mit Vorbereitung zum Hochverrat zu 2 Jahren und 6 Monaten Haft verurteilt. Ebenfalls war er Mitglied der KPD. Engelmann bittet die Behörden um Wiedererlangung der Wehrwürdigkeit. Die Akte umfasst 21 Dokumente. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren.
