Cal. .45 ACP, SN. C 50613, Bright bore. No modern proof marks. Made in 1915. On the left side of the slide two-line company name and pre-1913 patents, rampant colt behind the slide serrations. The frame marked in cyrillic letters "Anglo Zakazivat" (English Order), since the gun was one of 51.000 purchased with a credit line from the British Government. Proper acceptance marks on trigger guard. The right side of the slide marked "Colt Automatic / Calibre 45", the receiver "Government Model". Original high-gloss finish, moderate holster wear on the muzzle end of the slide, a few fine scratches on the grip straps. Dark walnut grips with fine chequering.
