Cal. 7,65 Browning, SN. 5, matching numbers. Bright bore. Valid proof marks, double crown over "U". One-line company marking "Mauser-Werke A.G. Oberndorf a.N" on the left side of the slide. Blued safety. Barrel attachment as in the model 1910/1914. Very well-preserved original finish, 98%, slightly thinner at the right side of the slide. With tool to remove the grip panels. 8-shot magazine. Barrel with six grooves, right hand twist. This pistol is extremely rare. Even literature dedicated to the subject hardly ever mentioned this model, which never made it into mass production. Our unit bears the serial number 5. When the magazine is removed from the grip, the trigger and the hammer are blocked by a locking mechanism.
