Description

Octagonal to round barrel with cannon muzzle, chiselled and gilt baluster, smooth bore in calibre 17 mm. On top of chamber gold-inlaid maker's mark and silver inlaid tendrils. The miquelet lock with a nicely chiselled cock. Beautifully grained stock with engraved iron fittings. The trigger guard gilded with another gold-inlaid mark. Wooden ramrod with brass tip. Length 29 cm.

The auction includes 726 lots and starts on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020 at 10 am (CET). Lot no. 5001 - 5727. The pre-sale viewing will take place from Oct. 18 - 21 and Oct. 28 - 31, 2020 from 2 to 6 pm (CET). However, the number of participants for both auction and viewing is limited due to Covid-19 restrictions and requires an appointment. Bring your favourite breathing mask!
