Dunkelblauer Wollstoff mit goldenen Vorstößen, das dunkle Kunstseidenfutter mit vs. Lederbug (beschädigt). Silbern gewebter Adler auf schwarzem Grund (daneben eine Reparaturstelle), zwei goldene Knöpfe. Tragespuren.
Die goldene Paspelierung wurde ab Betriebs-Zellenobmann getragen.
