Description

Parallelogram of carmine ribbed rayon backing over buckram base with Feldherrnhalle Kampfrune (SA rune on three horizontal and one vertical wolfsangel), machine woven (BeVo) in silver-grey rayon thread, edge piped in silver twist cord. Example is positioned for wearing in the horizontal position on closed collar. The special insignia was introduced on 1 July 1943 for wearing by all SA and Wehrmacht “Feldherrnhalle” units. Extremely rare.
