Großformatige Urkunde mit der Verleihungsnummer "185", ausgestellt in Rom am 6. Januar 1941 mit Blindprägesiegel der Ordenskanzlei. An den Rändern bestoßen, Rostflecken. Dazu das Übersendungsschreiben des italienischen Außenministeriums sowie die deutsche Annahmegenehmigung vom 28. Januar 1941 mit Blindprägesiegel und Faksimile-Unterschriften.
