Description

Cased non-portable silver award for the celebration of Reichsparteitag in 1939. Award obverse depicts nude woman at rest, infant by her legs with hand full of flowers, grapevine at their side, above which there is a national eagle. Reverse stamped "BREHMER MARKNEU-KIRCHEN" and silver content "800", (minor age marks). Diameter circa 85 mm. Case of issue constructed of heavy cardboard stock covered with a red leatherette exterior. Interior of the lid lined in padded off-white silk. Black velvet recessed award bed. Functional exterior metal hinge and push button catch (minor age marks). Dimensions circa 120 x 120 mm.

The auction includes 608 lots and starts on Friday, Oct. 23, 2020 at 10 am (CET). Lot no. 2001 - 2608. The pre-sale viewing will take place from Oct. 18 - 21 Oct., 2020 from 2 to 6 pm (CET).
