Feldgrau lackierte Stahlglocke (berieben, Rostspuren), später nachgestrichen, stirnseitig noch Spuren eines Emblems (Sanitäter?). Innen ein eiserner Haltering mit gepolstertem dreiteiligen Lederlaschenfutter. Zwei Knöpfe M 91 ohne Kinnriemen. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren.
