Konischer Korpus aus feldgrauem Filz (Höhe 10 cm), stirnseitig die Rose "K" aus grauem Eisenblech, seitlich zwei Schlaufen und Kappenabzeichen aus Eisen, bezeichnet "K u K B.H. INF. REGT. 4". Graue Wollquaste. Schweißleder fehlt. Partiell leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren.
