2. Modell, verliehen von 1899 - 1918. Silber, vergoldet, rs. oben die Punze "800" mit geschlossener Krone, die Öse ebenfalls mit "800" gestempelt. Schauseitig die Gravur "40 Jahre treuer Dienste". An drei Kreuzenden stirnseitig je eine kleine Körnung. Trage- und Altersspuren. Maße 75,7 x 38,8 mm (mit Öse), Gewicht ca. 9 g.
