Description

Tailor-made waffenrock of field-grey officer quality cloth, converted to daily-use with addition of breast, hip pockets and French cuffs. Dark green collar with gold wire Larisch embroidery, sewn-in shoulder boards of gold-silver wire with red underlay. Gold embroidered celleon breast eagle with metallic highlights on dark green base. Orders loops on breast pocket. Inner pocket with tailor label and name. Long trousers in stone-grey gabardine with broad crimson stripes at the side seams.
Kurt Oppenländer (11 February 1892 - 17 March 1947), Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross on 25 July 1942 as Generalmajor and commander of 305. Died in American custody on 17 March 1947.
