Truhe aus Eisenblech mit vernieteten Kantenverstärkungen. Frontales Schloss mit blütenförmiger Deckplatte, seitlich zwei bewegliche Tragegriffe. Der scharniergelagerte Deckel mit einem Tragegriff. Abschließbar, Schlüssel liegt bei. Rote Farbfassung mit Aufschrift in schwarzen und gelben Lettern. Vorderseitig bezeichnet "Wells, Fargo & Co. Phoenix-El Paso" und Nummer "4", auf dem Deckel "Benson & Hackett Mining Cooperation". Seitlich je die Nummer "4". Das Innere mit ca. 8 cm dicker feuerfester Auskleidung. Maße 44,5 x 54,5 x 40 cm.
