Großer dunkelbrauner Ledereinband mit versilberten Beschlägen. Zentrale, reich reliefierte Widmungsplakette mit Wappen und Banderole "Ihrem scheidenden Landrat die Vertreter und Beamten des Kreises Herford". Auf dicken Goldschnittseiten 54 eingeschobene CdV-Porträtfotos, teils beschriftet. Intakte Schließe. Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Maße ca. 33 x 27 x 8 cm. Äußerst repräsentativ und schön erhalten. Beiliegend ein detaillierter dreiseitiger Ausdruck zur Biografie. Dr. Georg von Borries (1857 - 1922) war von 1891 - 1902 Landrat des Kreises Herford und 1909 - 1917 Regierungspräsident des Regierungsbezirkes Minden.
