Feldgrauer Deckel, schwarzer Lacklederschirm, Vorstöße in Gelb und Rot, schwarzer Bund, Offiziers-Kokarden, aufgelegter versilberter Totenkopf. Ockerfarbenes Schweißband aus Ersatzmaterial, ockerfarbenes Wachstuchfutter mit silbernem Herstellerstempel "Deutsche Industrie" (dabei Adler mit Kaiserkrone), Trägerinitialen "J F". Kleinere Mottenschäden, vor allem in unteren Bereich. Teilweise leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren.
