Strongly undulating iron blade with rubbed pamor markings. The mendhak somewhat loose and embellished with wire, holding an elaborate, eight carat gold grip in the shape of a bird, finely engraved with tendril motifs. Wrangka and scabbard in gilt silver, decorated en suite with natural and geometric shapes. A small indentation on the chape, which is slightly abraded in places, otherwise in immaculate condition.
