Massiver Silberpokal, am Hals eine französi-
sche Feingehaltspunze für 950er Silber (Ex-
portware). Vasenförmiger, facettierter Korpus
mit eingezogenem Hals und zwei klassizisti-
schen Henkeln, oben umlaufend reliefiertes
Akanthuslaub, schauseitig am Hals ein Me-
daillon mit emailliertem blauem Kreuz und
Umschrift „Tiro Federal Argentino Buenos
Aires”, umlaufend Gravuren der Wettkampf-
sieger zwischen 1916 - 1939, vorwiegend Infan-
terie- und Artillerieregimenter.
Kleine Dellen, Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren.
Gewicht ca. 7 kg, Höhe 53 cm.
Hochwertiger Wanderpokal der Schießwett-
kämpfe der argentinischen Streitkräfte von
beeindruckender Größe und imposanter Er-
scheinung.

Massive silver cup, the stem with French mark
of fineness for 950 silver (export article). Vase-
shaped, facetted body with indented stem and
two classicistic handles, at the top surrounding
acanthus leaves in relief, on the stemmedallion
with enamelled blue cross and circumscription
“Tiro Federal Argentino Buenos Aires” on the
obverse, continuous engravings of the tourna-
ment winners between 1916 and 1939, mainly
infantry and artillery regiments.
Small dents, traces of use and age. Weight
approx. 7 kg, height 53 cm.
High-quality challenge cup of the shooting
tournaments of the Argentinian armed forces
of impressive size and stately appearance.
