EXPORTGENEHMIGUNGEN FÜR KULTURGÜTER
Wenn Sie Objekte erwerben, die als sogenannte „Kulturgüter“
den Bestimmungen des Kulturgutschutzgesetzes unterliegen,
bedürfen diese einer Ausfuhrgenehmigung sowohl innerhalb der
EU als auch in Drittländer. Die für deren Erteilung zuständige
Behörde ist die Bayerische Staatsgemäldesammlung München /
Pinakothek / Ausfuhr. Gerne übernimmt Hermann Historica
gegen eine geringe Gebühr und bei Erteilung der entsprechenden
Vollmacht für Sie als Eigentümer die Antragstellung zur Erlan­
gung der Ausfuhrgenehmigung.

EXPORT L ICENSE FOR CULTURAL GOODS
When purchasing objects rated as so-called Cultural Goods and
thus subject to the German “Act on the Protection of Cultural
Property” (KGSG), an export license needs to be obtained within
the European Union as well as into non-EC countries. The com-
petent authority for such licenses is the Bavarian Staatsgemälde­
sammlung Munich / Pinakothek. Since only the owner of such
objects can apply for an export license, we will be happy to assist
you. This procedure only requires a little fee and receipt of your
power of attorney.
