digens mit reichem Bodhisattva-Schmuck.
Bekrönt mit der Fünfzackenkrone, der Haar-
schopf von einem Chintamani-Juwel abge-
schlossen. Auf doppeltem Lotusthron. Höhe
58 cm, Gewicht 23,38 kg.
A Chinese statue of the Bodhisattva Guanyin,
Ming dynasty
Cast in bronze with gold lacquered parts and
remnants of red and blue hues. Represented
in the meditation position in the preaching ge-
sture, arrayed in lavish bodhisattva jewellery.
Wearing the five-pointed crown, her hair ador-
ned with a cintamani jewel. Seated on a double
lotus throne. Height 58 cm, weight 23.38 kg.
